I wrote it off for years until I pulled something in my back and was desperate for relief. Lo and behold, those stupid foam rollers are worth their weight in gold and more.
I have the big black rumble roller. It's unforgiving, but really does the trick. Sometimes I lay in the living room for an hour or more just rolling and watching a movie or reading a book.

That explains my sensation of deja vu.
OnT: Yes, foamrolling is awesome (no homo), I usually do it for lower back (no homo) and tense parts on the legs (no homo) and is a staple of my warm up routine (no homo).
