Here is what the Athletes can win at our show:

Overall Men winner (comparison between novice,masters and open men)
wins a brand new car or $10000 USD as sponsorship paid in full and cash that night!

Overall Women winner (comparison novice,masters and open women) wins a brand
new car or $10000 USD as sponsorship paid in full and cash that night!

Overall Figure winner (comparison Figure over 35 and open Figure) wins a brand new car or
$10000 USD as sponsorship paid in full and cash that night!

All 1st place winner win a $1000 USD sponsorship paid in cash that night plus a Conan Sword!

Bikini Diva winner $1500 cash,if we have more than 40 entry's we will double the money!

Figure Physique 1st $1500 and 2nd $500 if we have more than 20 Athletes we will have 2
classes and the overall winner wins $10000 sponsorship paid in full and cash!

Special Trophy for best Poser and most ripped!

Arm wrestling men and women $800 total prize money

Top 6 get a Trophy

Every Athlete gets a Gym bag and a T Shirt and a participate Medal !

Free Party right after the show for Athletes and officials with free food and give aways
like Golds Gym T Shirts,Hats Lana's Egg Whites and Vitamins!

They wont give a letter.  They expect it to be assumed.  Look what happened to Priest with PDI.  WOULD be nice for them to allow people to do it and make a lil money, but i SERIOUSLY doubt it.  They want NOBODY to challenge them....

Maybe Chic can contact the IFBB (Manion) and get an official word for us.  Being the IFBB athletes rep, im more than positive this can be done in a single quick phone call.

Nothing is to be assumed,  if it was the IFBB would not have posted the letter about it. Lee is a pro which is a whole different ballgame and can not be compared to the NPC. Since the NPC has not posted a letter then there seems to be no official word yet. Would have been just as easy to post another letter concerning the NPC.

If you're a NPC amateur, you cannot compete for prize monies, etc.

IFBB pro CANNOT compete in this show....due to it being a non sanctioned show.

NPC amateur cannot compete in this show due to it being for prize money. 

OK.....so clearly this blackballs all NPC and IFBB competitors from entering, thanx for clearing that up

yet, people do it all the time.   there is no evidence that anyone has lost their amateur status from the NPC in the last 10 years.  it would be pretty difficult for the NPC to start doing it now.

Not going to rehash this again...it does not "happen all the time"...and plenty have been suspended and had to sit out a year, write a letter to get back in, etc....

until someone provides evidence of this, then these are just idle threats.  that the NPC has not made an official statement regarding entering the B&A contest, but instead uses surrogates in web forums only supports this.

Even if the NPC has no power here (and I'm not sure what the deal is), bodybuilding is a subjective competitive event and therefore dissenting competitors can be punished in other unofficial ways via lower contest placings.  That kind of thing happens a lot in the real world.

Another way of doing it is just make it a modeling contest.  The winner is the one with the best body.  This way the NPC or IFBB can't say shit since it isn't a bodybuilding contest.  They cannot prevent anyone from making a living.  Ben just call it a Beautiful Body Contest.  It would be just like having a bikini contest for a girl.  The judging criteria will be muscles.

If you noticed Ben covered his ass by saying "sponsorship money" If any one gets suspended or has to sit out then there would be a big lawsuit, as long as the winners took the money. Look at how many amateur athletes are sponsored already with no repercussions.

although the IFBB FORGAVE  the World Bodybuilding Federation competitors they never FORGOT
their careers would never again gain steam
Eddie Robinson,Aaron Baker, Mike Quinn, David Dearth come to mind

I guess Tito Raymond will not be going for his pro-card via the  NPC anytime soon
