Should politicians with no knowledge on subjects be allowed to create legislation on them?
Now I realize that this is a sliding scale as there are certain issues that you may need quite a bit of education to become familiar with before being considered knowledgable.
But lets take for example the democrat who co-sponsored the high cap magazine bill. She believes that once youve used a magazine youve shot all the bullets that magazine will ever hold.
Should someone like that who is so woefully ignorant on the subject be allowed to draft legislation on it?
