No suffering on the diet for the guys today........they all want to weigh 280 pounds onstage...........even if they shouldn`t.

So you get to pick from a bunch of smooth waterlogged guys...........the one who is not the smoothest wins.

True of course. But still wes, 99% looks better a few weeks out, they are constantly doing last minute screw-ups. I can be mistaken but I'm pretty sure that is yet another thing that wasn't being done in your days? (however far back those may be  )

True,they always try to "trick" the body and end up "tricking" them selves out of placing.
