Sorry for calling names but my interpretation is if he has 15.5 inchcalfs or biceps he could quite easly build them to 20.

no worries bro, I just think building a lean 20 inch arm is in no way easy

especially for that guy lol. Although i wish my arms started at 15.5

I'm not comparing myself to Sergio in any way, shape or form.  Get that straight before you make any comments.
We all know that 20 inch cut calves in the pro ranks are strong calves.  Tons of pros have calves under 20 inches.  I would say MOST.  Mine are 15.5 inches in good condition and I have probably worked them out twice in my life.  I would say that's a strong STARTING POINT.  Or do most people start off with 18-20 inch calves?   ::)
I also didn't say 20 inches, I said 18-20 if you re-read them.  My biceps are 16.5 inches right now and I started training them at 12 inches.  This means I put on 4.5 inches on my biceps in the time I've been training.  I said if a person started with 15.5 inch biceps they could probably get them to 18-20 inches in a reasonable length of time.  Unlike a person like me who would have to almost double the size.  Had I started off with 15.5 inch biceps I would definitely have 18 inch + biceps right now.
A lot of genetic freaks like Sergio probably did start off with strong biceps.
I'm not one of those big mouths.  I just entered a local bench contest yesterday and put up 280 (then failed at 300 later on).  Funny how the dozens of guys who I know who claim to bench press well over 300 weren't there to put their money where their mouth is.   ::)  But I did, and I did pretty well.  I like contests like that because people have to put up or shutup.  No lifting with your mouth is allowed.

Bullshit. It's much harder to go from 16" to 20" than from 12" to 16". The cross-sectional area of a muscle scales as the square of its circumference. You would probably have to double your strength to go from 16" to 20" naturally.
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
