When you look at him, he is pretty lean. But at 3%, he would have all that energy to play and practice every week. 6'3" 225lbs is believable, but BF more like 7-9%.

Of course no one can beat Flex Wheeler's claim of 0% BF.  ::)

he's probably more like 225 8% bf, no way in hell he is 3%, its funny to hear the bs people will say, like one i get a lot is yeah i was bigger than u when i was ur age and about 4% bf, i look at them and am like, now ur 80lbs smaller and 30% bf ha ha

3% is probably too low, more like 7-8%
and receivers are tall so 6'3" sounds correct also.
The guy is a pain in the ass but don't down play his physical prowess.
