meal 1) pancakes with 6 whole eggs, 2 bananas, 2 cups whole milk, smothered in honey
meal 2) protein shake with 2 cups of whole milk
meal 3) 1/2 lb. steak, sweet potatoe with butter and cinamin, brocolli, 1/3 cup nuts, 2 cups whole milk
meal 4) same as meal 2
meal 5) wendy's 5 guys whatever
meal 6) same as meal 1

pancakes are the only way I can get the 12 eggs down every day, 1/2 cup flour goes along way...fuck your egg whites and oatmeal

Im the other way around, I grow better when Im dieting vs eating lots of shit. PRobably cause I get more healthy fats in, I really noticed a difference when I started 1/2 cup nuts, 1 medium avacados, on top of my regular food intake. the pancakes are really a godsend when it comes to getting the whole eggs in....i actually look forward to breakfast for the first time in years

Carb cycling. Low med and high days. Oatmeal, sweet potato's, organic bread. Turkey, egg whites, chicken and tuna for protein. Almonds, avocado and natty peanut butter for fats. Cheat meals and alcohol on Saturdays.

I find myself eating alot of protein because thats what I like, and I quess it is an old habit. I also enjoy peanut butter and icecream.

Not dieting much but i follow simple guidelines

Avoid sugar and too much fast carbohydrates. No sodas and sweets

Get lots of protein in, preferably eggs

Lots of vegetables and food with "color"

Stop eating when full

meal two = 2 big chicken breasts and about a cup and a half cooked rice + barbecue sauce, 2 big carrots.


(optional) third meal [2-3 times per week] = 1lb 90% lean ground beef + barbecue sauce, 2 big carrots


theres probably 1 day per week where i get some junk food of some kind and eat a few thousand calories in one sitting. usually saturday.


only been eating this way for a couple months. seems to work well though.  vegetables make me feel healthy.

6 cups of egg whites( 3x 500ml cartons)
3 cans of tuna
1 cup ketchup/ .5 cup of mustard/ aspartame concoction for flavouring of the above
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1 bulb of fennel

Comes to about 250 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs for about 1600 calories total. I'm a night eater so I don't worry much about eating right away when I wake up. First meal hasn't been at the same time but rarely ever before noon these days. Largest meal definitely after the training which is followed by cardio at a slow-moderate pace for 45 minutes ed.

2 more weeks of this....
