I eat 4 times per day.
Wake up at 6 am and workout.
Eat first meal at noon. 500 calories of whatever.
Eat second meal at 6 pm. 500 calories of whatever.
Eat third meal at 8 pm. 500 calories of whatever.
Eat fourth meal at 10 pm. 500 calories of whatever.
Here's what I ate yesterday:
Meal one: a McDouble
Meal two: salad greens, homemade dressing, a bit of cheddar cheese, a few cashews, and some prosciutto
Meal three: breaded chicken, breaded pork chop, breaded eggplant. Baked with a breadcrumb/cornmeal/spice breading
Meal four: popcorn (wasn't that hungry) and a few pepsi max
I'm slowly dieting down to 10%BF as a goal. Right now, at 18% at 255 at 5'10"xz. Down from 24% about 6 months ago. I like the slow diet down...let's the skin tighten up and doesn't hurt as much.
Training is boring. Just do a bunch of pump sets with lightweights to avoid injury - like, 6 exercise, 3 sets of 15 reps, no heavy weights, no failure...just get a pump and try to feel the muscle work. Vince Taylor-style. Then do 30 mins of cardio just because I have time to kill in the morning.
I'm really unenthused by working out/dieting these days. All I want is the end product. Been doing it too long I guess. There's no joy left in it for me. Just do it to look better in a few months, and hopefully, live longer to see my kids finish university and have kids of their own.
Also, when you're fat, it makes your johnson look smaller. So why not be ripped, right?
