help me guys (online gaming addicted)

anyone else in to world-of-warcraft ?
the thing is... i've started playing this last month and
my training . eating. has suffered big time...
i'm sleeping 4 hours a day, eating only cereal :( not even trainiing any more...
i'm addicted  :(
how do i get out of this mess , any advice would be appreciated....

  Seriously, i was addicted to Everquest I for several years around 2001-2004.  i even quit a few jobs to play full time!!


Just get it out of your system and play until you get sick of it...

WoW is such a terrible game to get addicted to. At least play something that takes more skill than rolling your face on your keyboard!
