This ^ is right. If the mirror says you do not look good what does it matter what you weigh?
I've already heard people who are diligently working to (and are obsessed with) losing fat totally fret about the scale. They forget that they're also doing resistance exercise and don't realize that as they lose bad weight, they're adding some good weight. Not to mention that, by volume, muscle weighs more than fat. That can really screw with somebody's head!
Don't just go by numbers on the scale, man. Look in the mirror, too. As you lose fat, you are probably building some muscle at the same time, which will skew the scale/weight marker. Use the mirror to judge body composition changes.
