hmmm...Victor just looks soft, like he has a layer of water over his torso/mid section.  Basically he is not dry enough.

say what you want about Phil but he is always the best conditioned on stage.   Victor has never come in at 100% in all these years, what makes you think that this trend won't continue?

by those pics ^^^ he was leaner in 2011 but drier in 2007 and in these days the dryness counts for more.

i think its a huge improvement the vic has switched up his front double by and scrapped flexing his abs. the taper he gains is so much better and it sets him appart from everyone else as they cant do it

more shit in his calves in 2007 too

He has a better structure than Phil but he never comes in dry, ever...

He is Seo just as much of an seo junky as phil and jay and that pisses me off tbh.

Regardless at his best he would beat Phil, he has good muscle bellies on a better frame.
