ive bought my last tub of 'protein powder'...we dont even know wtf is in it, it could be just nestle quick for all we know. it doesnt mix worth a damn and it runs through me within 20 minutes.
honestly never noticed any difference/improvement with it.
BUT I ALWAYS DO WITH STEAK!!!!!!!
it sounds dumb but STEAK is the only thing that i can actually tell makes me stronger and fuller after i eat it esp. eating several over a day or two
