i can remember punching people in the face back to grade 2. at least several a year since then. that was 32 years ago.

charged multiple times, guilty without conviction once- for 2 year bond.

have been trying to control my urge to punch stupid and rude people for all my life- now even get "help" for it.

but sometimes you just gotta do whats right, and what are you supposed to do when some fool wants to attack you?- not fight back?

only lost 2 fights...both i was outnumbered. oh, if i add family members then the number would be much higher.

its amazing how people shit themselves if you attack with no regard for your own safety, and show no fear and act like you cant lose...

Over the years I've problably punched 10-12 people in the face. Broke a dudes nose with a heavy open hand slap one time. Kicked a few people in the face when I got them on the ground. I have taken a few beatings to. Got sucker punched about 8 months ago right on the chin fell back hit my head on the edge of stage. I was with one other buddy he ran over to help and about 8 puerto ricans jumped on him and gave him a bad beating they kicked him in the face ect. To make matters worse a huge bouncer ran over and sat untop of my buddy while he was laying on the fucken ground getting kicked. Didn't know where to fuck I was for about 20 minutes. I don't have that great of a form but I can throw a decent hay maker  ;D

It's not even worth it nowadays. You either end up in a lot of trouble or paying hospital bills. Most of us learn as we get older it's way better to avoid physical confrontation unless you are protecting yourself or a love one.
