Ummmmm, he's on drugs, a lot of drugs. Yes, even there as "small" as he may appear to those used to gazing at his more recent turgid with sythol body, Ronnie Coleman is full of drugs in those photographs. His "genetics", like some sort of androgenic/anabolic genie, came from a bottle.
