A lot is specific training that would come with practise but that is one very very fit man. Very impressive!

When I was 17-18 maybe with some training. MAYBE. That kid is all slow twitch no doubt. Amazing nonetheless.

I might have been able to complete the obstacle course but hard to say how fast when I was a lot lighter.
I was a reg marine in the 80's but no navy seal.
The stress stuff and cold/wet water based stuff would wash me out of that program.
