TU, it's great to hear from you, I hope you are having a good summer!
I'm feeling pretty good about things, today anyway. I ALWAYS have issues with water retention, right down to the last couple of weeks, so some days I am puffy, bloaty, and smooth, and others I am not.
I also tend to lean out from the top down, starting with my arms and shoulders and ending last with my legs. Looks like the leanness is making it's way down my mid-section, so the legs and ass will be next.
Training is ON this week, all week. And I am thrilled to have an appointment to see my chiropractor tomorrow and get my back fixed. This one may take more than one visit!
