5 whole eggs and 5 egg whites, 1 cups oats w/ berries
50g whey iso 1 cup oats 1/2 cup frozen berries 1tbsp mac nut oil
1/2pound ground turkey baked sweet potatoe salad w/ olive oil and vinegar
same shake a smeal 2- pre workout
post workout-scoop waxy mazie w/ aminos///30 min laters i take another shake just whey isolates
ny strip steak brown rice pasta w/ broccoli
12 eggs whites w salsas and 2tbsp almond butter

1. 50 grams of whey with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/2 blueberries.
PWO:  30g waxy maize with creatine, aminos, beta alanine
2. ( 1 hour later ) 4 pumpkin pancakes and 6 whole eggs with a sprinkle of cheese.
3. 10-12 oz 92% ground beef with 1/2 cup black beans and cheese.
4. 50 gram protein shake with tablespoon evoo.
5. big ass t-bone steak and large salad with evoo and vinegar

2 chicken breats with salt and lettuce + 4 caps fishoil

just so far... still gonna eat more. .

getting around 30 whites a day and six to 12 whole ones.  Just easy to eat and quick.

No, I hate the liquid kind, I don't feel like they work as well for some reason.  Cooking and breaking eggs suckzz for sure but that is part of it all...

when i eat egg whites i crack em myself too. plus its much cheaper. :)

Lean Ground Beef Burger with brown rice and black eyed peas/veges
1 cup low sodium Cottage Cheese, Almonds
1/2 pound baked Salmon w/steamed veges
ON Casein Protein

Creatine, Fish Oil, various other vitamins.

-chocolate milk, cereal, 2 big chocolate chip muffins
-6 cups of strawberry/chocolate/vanilla icecream with crushed wallnuts on them  :P
-4 cups of rice 3 chicken thighs with plain yogurt
-like two dozen oreo cookies  ???
-minichocolate bars......the ones that come out for halloween, I had atleast 40 of those atleast minikitkat/coffee crisp/ reese ..etc
-couple of cheese breads
-quarter pounder, large fries, diet coke (I won a small fries...ate it), Oreo mcflurry, hazzlenut ice coffee (NEVER ORDER THIS  :-X)
-3 chocolate puddings, 2 vanilla, 2 butterscotch
-protein shake with 4 spoons of peanut butter mixed in, some wallnuts and almonds ...just before bed

 that's pretty much my day to day diet right there LOL

Meal 1: 100g White Rice & 10 eggwhites & half a scoop whey

WORKOUT

Meal 2: 45g dextrose & 50g whey 

Meal 3: 35g White Rice  & 200g Chiken or Cod

Meal 4: 200g red meat

Meal 5: 1 ½ can tuna & green veggies

Meal 6: 200g mini Cottage cheese
