I see many folks following the half way down shortcut during all kinds of presses, rows, deads, squats, etc. They don't realize that a good stretch is one of the main factors for muscle growth.

Zach and Kevin really impressed me with going all the way down. All that weight with only a tee shirt. Impressive. I know they are juiced to the gills but that is a lot of weight.

Thats not exactly the same angle on the bench, DJ clearly has a higher incline , making the exercise harder, but obviously that doesnt count ::)

i think zack having snapped both quad tendons just coming to expos is more then enough could be wrong him getting back on stage .he should be happy just walking ..

Watched his training video the other day,impressive on most things but on legs it was just drop sets on leg ext then 6 inch range of motion on leg press,and this was before the leg tears he had.

dj is totally out on the video, running only one gram of test is a pain in the ass, strenght gone, confidence and willpower too, guy don't want to lift answer phone etc etc

sorry but 5 degrees up is still flat pressing. at least DJ was in a real bad ass incline bench
