I have never heard anything about Flex laughing at the misfortune of others.

I'd like to give him the benefit of a doubt; since I didn't hear any of this from his mouth, I want to.  He's just got a bad track record as Flex.  Let's see what Ken Wheeler will have to say?  Has he posted anything on MD's board?

He actually logged in.  But it was only to mention he was selling pre-order dvds.
