Here I am, rip me apart, I don't give a rats ass. I'm happy being clean for 5yrs and natty. I'm down from 230 to about 195 here, 6' 1" tall. Arms about 17.5-18" and about 12% (don't know exactly). But have at it fellas, my wife loves me and i'm happier this way. Blast me to shreds it's all good... ;)

Yeah, Sevastase has me for sure, but I like eating when I want, sleeping when I want and being free...i'm sure he's happy too but at the moment this is good for me to give the receptors a really nice long break...next time if I decide to hit "it" would work wonders...but who knows, i'm really diggin' the easy life...thanks bro! ;)

ahahaha...I know my exact bodyfat there. But if I posted it some clown would say i'm not even close. Truth is I was measured at 12% on a caliper there (wasn't flexing abs, just a little tricep ;D). Everyone has a slightly different approach on a caliper so I could be off a percent or two... ;)
