I dont try to be big now.
So I am doing running(dash included) to stay lean.
But my weight is going up automaticaly.

I've tried telling this to other natural lifters before, to sprint, to only get shrugged off. It is one hell of a total body shock and your body WILL respond. Good stuff man. Any weak points in your body get pointed out with sprints. Well, 110% sprints anyways.

I simply thought this. If I try to do 20mins cardio with almost 100% maximum intensity and eat tons of food(clean foods), what would happen?
If I get fat, simply I may not be able to do with the same intensity.
And all the sprint athlete has quite tight physic.
So What i am doing is: Jogging-gradualy up speed-100% maximum dash as long as i can-jogging again.
This is one cycle and i do this 4 times and automaticaly end on 20mins.

Now my arm measurement is around 46-47 WITH ABS(85kg).

They are, but much like any anaerobic exercise they don't need to be done every day due to recovery. I try not to do sprints 2-3 days before a leg workout though, your upper thighs could be possibly pretty sore by it. Also, even if you do get fat 100% intensity will always be 100% intensity. Your performance just might not be as good as when you are leaner. Sounds like your cardio is interval training and that is very effective stuff. Although I personally set aside a cardio day specifically just for sprints and approach them just like I would a normal weight workout. Warm-ups, medium pace, and full out 110% sprints. But yeah, I was like you in thinking sprinters always had that lean, athletic look and well...sprinting has been the way to help me get that look. Not a coincidence I believe. I just incorporate heavy weights (for me) and lift/eat like a bodybuilder, cause honestly....holy crap it would be a LOT of sprinting to look like that otherwise.

Paco is very well-known for his super hard training and he didnt have real training partner for a long time.
So he is glad that now i train with him. I am really proud of it.
