So I am doing running(dash included) to stay lean.
But my weight is going up automaticaly.

Haven't seen many good size Japanese and I give Kyomu big props. Looking good. The only other Japanese guy who I know is bigger (with a really good body) is Ernie Chang in Hawaii. That dude is massive.

Yes, I'm very impressed by Kyomu's aka Taka's constant strive toward improvement. It's extremely impressive to me that he has trained all these years with no injuries, or ailments to his body. Maybe he can speak on what he feels has saved him from injury.

Instead,always Kevin Levrone comes to my mind when i pose.
