You have taken your natural status to it's limitations. Sure, you can "refine" your physique. You can get more cut, maybe a little bigger.. surely stronger.


You don't have to do anything you don't want to do.


Sometimes I'm serious when I post, most of the time just playin... in my estimation, you've done a great job. What's next?

According to GH and Sev, anyone with arms bigger then 15 inches is on juice.  ;)

Sprint looks like very efficient.
I simply thought this. If I try to do 20mins cardio with almost 100% maximum intensity and eat tons of food(clean foods), what would happen?

I just incorporate heavy weights (for me) and lift/eat like a bodybuilder, cause honestly....holy crap it would be a LOT of sprinting to look like that otherwise.

Yes thats true. I cant do it everyday even if i try to. ;D
Mines is not a pure sprint exercise. Its a mixture.
