04-01-06: Next Court Date for CT & KR is 1/16/2007

While some of us are amazed that the next time they may appear in court is January 16, 2007, that is not necessarily so.  Now that the case is being moved to state court and a new judge will be presiding, there will be lots of motions and more bail hearings into this set will bring them into court much sooner than this date that we are hearing...

Can you imagine sitting and rotting in jail with your life hanging in the balance? i mean, it's one thing to be convicted and sentenced and you know your fate. At that point, all you need do is accept it or hang yourself. But to have to sit in prison for a year without any inkling of what is actually going to happen.. now that's gotta hurt.

BTW, since it's tax deadline day today.. Do Craig and Kelly have to file taxes? What happens if they don't? They get acquitted and then hauled back in with Richard Hatch for tax evasion?

lol..that would suck....in addition to being given the death penalty, you must also serve an additional 3 years for failing to file a 2005 tax report.
