You wont even believe this Within 2 weeks of me painting my building this fitness chain moved in less than 2 miles away and set up shop.  Its called SNAP FITNESS   and it was  a snap.    There may have been some notice but I was out west all winter and didnt here shit about it.   

So scrap that idea.
