I know it's fashionable to hate on Phil but when you make a list like this you lose all credibility. Ramy is incredible & could be unbeatable in a few yrs if he's able to put everything together. Right now, he's nowhere close to beating Phil, Wolf, Rhode, Kai & possibly Dex. He doesn't have the muscle maturity, conditioning or back details to beat these guys.
1- Phil
2- Kai
3- Rhoden/Wolf
4- Rhonen/Wolf
5- Dexter/Ramy

I think Rhoden could slip into 2nd this year. He has added some size in the off-season. If he can hold onto it and come in as sharp as he did in the past years he I think he could take Kai out. I think Wolf and Kai may be on their way down.

Indeed, whilst hating on Phil is "cool", and saying he is narrow is "cool", and whilst I personally prefer Kai. .....

- Phil has bigger, rounder delts.
- Phil has better conditioning. This is a huge factor, he looks 3D, Kai came in flat and a bit watery last year.
- Phil looks crisper, so almost every pose he hits pops out more.
- Kai could use more traps!!

Kai could still win even with all these things being true. But as long as Phil's lower back is all dry and "complete" looking, Kai is going to struggle.

It's got fuck all to do with politics btw. If they gave it to Kai because you guys find Phil's phone-obsessed youtube videos annoying, that would be pretty political!

Kai is starting to slip but rhoden is still way behind Kai in back development

Kai's back is vastly superior to everyone
