He'd make a good life-size Cuba Gooding Jr. bobblehead.

Actually, the thing I think many fans from that time will remember him for is being the one who paralyzed Droz.
That's not a knock on him because accidents can AND DO happen to even the best & safest workers.
And, it's been said by many who were there that D'Lo felt horrible about what happened, but...
I don't see anything about D'Lo that makes him stand out to the point that I consider him underrated.

I believe he slipped on something a fan threw into the ring that caused him to drop Droz on his head. Definately tragic.

Here's classic from RAW:
D'lo Brown vs. Jeff Jarrett - European Champion vs. Intercontinental Champion (Winner Take All)

Couldn't stand him.

Yeah, I seem to remember Droz in an interview claiming that a fan had thrown a drink into the ring and the liquid caused D'Lo to slip.
There are also some claims that Droz's baggy shirt caused problems for D'Lo holding onto him properly during the move.
I remember reading Foley's account of the incident in his book: he said D'Lo felt so damn bad about it, while Droz - lying on a stretcher - told him not to blame himself; that accidents happen.
Droz sounds like a classy guy.

He actually is a very stand up guy.

That's one of the things I liked about the Attitude Era..everyone from the curtain jerker to the top guys had something to do and even guys like Dlo and The Headbangers would get reactions a lot of upper card guys would love to get today.

D'lo actually beat HHH for the European title (with a little help from the Rock). That's when he started getting the attitude and that head-bobbing thing became part of his gimmick. Remember he hailed from a different part of Europe, every time he was introduced.

D-low also hurt Ken shamrock's neck didn't he? I always thought Dlow was reckless.

Here are two more Eurpoean title match.
