Lots of girls actually can't tell when a guy does or does not have a six pack (unless he's obese of course).  But lnot from ooking at a guy's arms that are average bodyfat.  Once I was at a club and was wearing a relatively tight shirt with higher sleeves, so my arms were showing but they are not ripped or anything - like 20% bf, and she's like, "wow, you're in great shape, let me see your six pack!" and pulled up the bottom of my t-shirt, luckily I was wearing an undershirt too so it hid it :)  and she still goes, "aww too bad you're wearing that i wanted to see your abs" lol

;)  The key is to wear a shirt that is tight on the arms and chest but not as tight on the waist :)  So not like an under-armour shirt...I find diesel t-shirts are great for people with my bf level.
