just benched 375 for 10

cant believe it first time in over 10 years.   Didnt plan on lifting that much  I just decided to try it.  fucking awesome workout

I just benched 500 for 10 reps without even trying. Tomorrow I will do 750 for 20 reps without even touching the bar.

375 for 10 you are strong dude

my personal best on the bench was 1 rep for 310 lbs and i was at about 250lbs

which was strange because i could do 275 on military press for 8 reps

Only 4 yrs seriously. The previous 5 were college and I'd train once a month because I was in a drunken stupor most weeks, nah mean?
