first cycle, was my senior year in high school. dball ,and test suspension gained 15 pounds of bloaded water weight lol
bread and butter stack.....gh, slin ,test 1000mg, a week eq primo and winny,synthol the end result 260 pounds sliced beef at 5% 5 foot 11

well my first cycle way back when was dball and test suspension i put on water weight but my soaked it in like a sponge. first cycle is always the strongest so pick and choose wisely.
diet keep clean 6 days a week like i do i eat healthy and then say sunday i have two cheat meals pizza pasta etc...big italian feast. then start again diet on monday and usually my best training day is monday. getting all those carbs.
i follow daves maintenence diet. high protein medium fat low carbs.... works great im lean year round with practically no gear. im healthy i look and feel great now.
i concentrate more on diet number one the best smart training two , sups and gear last. i want to live and have no major problems with my organs even though i had some liver problems when i was on a lotttt of shit. not to mention cause i abused i had to get hair restoration, gyno surgery all before 25 years old. sucks but i knew what i was getting into

i first started out at ballys training people at 17 years old. and just stuck with it now i train a lot of people very rich people out in the hamptons in long island ny. they have gyms in there houses its great. have trained some celebrities as well. want to get more into that to. i do very well personal training i love it. you can make good $ if you have a good group of clients with $$$ lol? thats why i love ny i have a lot.

never turned pro i been so busy working this summer that i only been sparring one night a week for my cardio for the day i love it. it helps release a lot of stress. and dosent land me in jail preventing me from fighting on the streets clubs etc. i save it for the ring. lol

i go to the doctor actaully to get prescribed test cause i fucked up my test levels abusing it. so i saw an endrochinologist and they helped fix my test levels and thyroid levels.
i use testagen by my company that helped off season and jetfuel year round that helps a lot to.

DO THE MATHI TAPERED DOWN I LOOKED HEALTHIER AND GOT MORE WORK MADE MORE FRIENDS GIRLS LIKED ME BETTER ILL STICK WITH THIS LOOK NOT TO MENTION IM HEALTHY AND LIVE A HELL OF A LOT LONGER. I TRIED THE ABUSE OF JUICE AND IT ABUSED MY LIFE !

def need to take breaks depending on the person every one is different i like a good month off
i guess i dont know what they take but there under contract so im sure there on higher dosages for big shows and on little amounts off season. with a big break from around the holidays. im assuming.i have heard jay is big on growth and slin year round.i mean look at his videos the horrible filming filmed his refregerator with humolouge insulin serastom american growth and much more i can pick out those kind of bottles a mile away. those werent protein bottles lol . what a stupid mistake !

diet , training ,rest and recuperation,genetics, are sometimes more important then steroids. yes they work but long term they do cause problems if abused etc.

What do you think makes the difference between a bodybuilder like yourself and a top national competitor/pro? Of which both take it to the extreme in the drugs department.

11 am -- 2 chicken breasts, broccoli, and almonds, pecans or cashews, 20 oz. of water
Train workout (12 to 2 pm) 10 minutes cardio warmup
2:30pm -- Post workout meal - Red meat, 2 burgers, brown rice and asparagus, 10 grams of creatine, 20 grams of glutamine
5 pm -- sashimi with brown rice (order varies) 20 oz. of water
9 pm -- Salmon, Top sirloin, or Filet mignon, or 12 oz steak with mixed vegetables, sweet potato, 20 oz of water
11 pm -- protein shake, 50 grams, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 1 multivitamin, 1 multimineral, 2 servings sugar free metamusil
4 am -- 1 cup yogurt
also like to have species shakes isolyze 2 scoops with two scoops if carbolyze yum if im on the rush and need my proetein.

i do 5 meals make them night before learned that trick from my ex...and 2 or three shakes with species isolyze. dave takes care of me so i cant not take advantage of that lol. but im cutting back on shakes cause they were little concerned with my kidneys last test . cause i have high blood pressure runs high in my family, and i eat a ton of protein. plus i like stimulants to keep me in a up beat mood not tired cause i have to be in a good mood not tired,and lathargic around my clients. so doc wants me cutting out stimulants for a month. and just food sources for my protein. more fish etc.....ill be ok.
even with the stimulants you have to be careful. put a lot a damage on the kidneys if you have high blood pressure and eat tons of protein especially 50 to 60 gram shakes one sitting.

i do 5 meals make them night before learned that trick from my ex...and 2 or three shakes with species isolyze. dave takes care of me so i cant not take advantage of that lol. but im cutting back on shakes cause they were little concerned with my kidneys last test . cause i have high blood pressure runs high in my family, and i eat a ton of protein. plus i like stimulants to keep me in a up beat mood not tired cause i have to be in a good mood not tired,and lathargic around my clients. so doc wants me cutting out stimulants for a month. and just food sources for my protein. more fish etc.....ill be ok.
even with the stimulants you have to be careful. put a lot a damage on the kidneys if you have high blood pressure and eat tons of protein especially 50 to 60 gram shakes one sitting.

standing 3 sets 20 reps

donkey 3 sets 15 reps
leg press heavy 3 sets 10 reps

wide grip pulldown 4 sets 15 reps
dumbell rows 3 sets 12 reps each arm
hammer strength high pulldown 3 sets 15 each arm
hammer row 3 sets 12 reps each arm
hypers 3 sets 15 reps
cardio cool down slow 2.5 on a incline at 10 like a lunge squeezing the glute and getting the seperation in the quads.

I personally appreciate your integrity, and honosty during this clip on Get Big. I have learned more about the chemical aspect of the job, the truths about some of the personalities in the mags, training tips and nutrition. and your own soul basically.

ya not bad i guess. lol just playin pal they look unreal. What is it that gives the smooth swollen look that guys get when it is abused? Is the the excess oil spilling over and getting trapped between the muscle and the skin? I know if used properly, it should sit within the muscle which just pushes the muscle outward, leaving the cuts and vascularity intact. Or could is it just infections when we see the smooth awkward lumps on guy's delts and arms?

Usually the guys that are always calling bros fags and queers etc are the guys who get zero attention from either sex, male or female. They are very angry and jealous so they try to make insults on ones manhood, when really they are questioning their own manhood and sexuality. I'm your age and have been training hard and heavy for 10 years (no gear) and just over the last year have notices some annoying pain in one of my knees, and the odd time in a shoulder. I've never had this before but I'm sure it is from the training. Have you used any OTC remedy that has worked? I know deca does wonders, but I don't want to go that route.

Doubt it has anything to do with me not training smart, if that's what you're suggesting. I've been an athlete at a high level most of my life. That could be the issue. Your joints will start to feel the effects of your training at some point in your life too...especially when you come off the gear.

i love synthol keeps my muscle fulls as i get lean. i can maintains 20 inch arms while dieting down making them look bigger i highly recommend it i dont get why people are so scared of it. its fucking oil less toxic and harmful then gear !

Anabolic oil based steroids are a chemical compound that has actual synthesized hormones to "promote" ACTUAL muscle growth.... There is a point to taking them.

well itry to stay lean year round. doing maintenence phase with three 50 gram carb meals before training immediately after then hour after that. if something comes up i remove the carb meals and really start getting leaner going into ketosisfor 2 to 3 weeks works every time. you really have to know your body.

i dont have differences.... i respected his build. i dont like how he talks so much shit and has nothing to back it up. his build is prob nuts in the gym. but then again so is mine. when he steps on stages saying he would do top 8 or 10 whatever he said at the o hes smoking rock. he would never ever again. in 2001 was his best year. his build is washed up even if he took a lot of time it would never come back. look at his tries there shrinking by the second. his calves mine are twice the size. his stomach enough said shoulders are all oil i know cause i love synthol and i know what it looks like eskilene 101 he cant even get the real deal chris clarke oil way better king use that.

derek, did you get the hair plugs where they transfer grafts to the top of your head and it grows like normal, or just plugs that dont grow? also how much was the cost? did you have to do the whole top of your head? i am looking into it for my dad.

never said i was a doctor or a pro bodybuilder but i been through a lot these last ten years. i feel i can help and give back try to help the younger guys not make some of the crazy mistakes i made. dont get me wrong the bashing and shit is all in good fun cause 1% would say it to my face. thats like entertainment kind of like the bad guy in wrestling you know. but my main purpose and calling in life is to be a good damb trainer which i am and make a good living. help people with there diets,sup intake and if they take gear not advise them but prevent them from not overdoing it. there going to take shit with me or without i just feel i can shed some light on what i went through.

He claims to eat 1 meal per day, natural, 1000lb shrugs and has claimed he can preacher curl 370lbs.
Whats your thoughts on this guy? Bullshit? Personally, i don't believe a word he says.....

i seem to have no cravings for junk food
i want to go the whole year w/ no planned cheat meals
xmas day was the last time i ate junk-ive been eating high protein mod fat and mod carb 6 meals a day every day since then
ive noticed postive changes in my body
my ? to u is what do u think about trying to go whole year w/ no cheats? will i be screwing myself up w/ gaining muscle?...will my metabolism be messed up?
each one of my meals is 50g protein 30-50g carbs and around 16g good fat

ive done both and has good results w/ both but i would advise a balanced diet now-lets not clutter up dereks thread w/ our convo though

no you need hceat meals one or two a week to shoock your body trust me sometiems you look better the next day after you had a cheat meal

agreed. It's necessary. Don't think of it as a cheat day. Think of it as a higher carb day. Almost like a carb load to shock your body. You will stay lean and it will allow for more muscle growth and improved workouts the following day.

etc etc?? JUST STICK TO ONE WAY HIGH VOLUME THEN INCORPERATE OTHER DAYS WITH LOW VOLUME HEAVY DAYS SHOCK THE BODY CHANGE IS GOOD.
