Unequal arms, pecs
« on: May 18, 2014, 10:40:07 PM »
I searched about this on the side before posting this, but could not find any existing threads.

In sum, I seem to have a Right arm that is slightly weaker and a Right pec that is visibly smaller than their Left- hand equivalents. Simple question: should I allocate some exercises just to train the weaker side alone, or should I just push on to train the whole lot to a higher level. Thanks for any advice and links, if any, to existing discussions on these...

Workout with free weights instead of machines. Prefer dumbells instead of bars. With time you will get more proportionate.

^ This, in addition always first rep on the weaker side. Pretty much have one arm at maintenance and the weaker making catch-up gains.
