norton is natural. If you cant tell obviously you never trained naturally and efficiently for at least 3 years. There is nothing "unnatural" about norton 's body.

Btw i follow no routine i only train when i feel like to nowadays, let's say 2 to 3 hours a week. Of course im not going to look the way i looked when i was training 1 hour a day and eating religiously.

You re deep into this at what, 40, when i was in all of this at age 17.
