Get rid of the gimmicks and turn this into a legit board for BBing info and maybe just maybe you might get a few people back. Gimmicks and children are ~~destroying~~ destroyed this board.

As for the original post - this board is bigger than any of it's members and no matter who leaves, it will keep going. Cause there will always be new people to replace the old ones. Such is the way an online community perpetuates.

Both seemed like nice enough guys and Disgusted appeared to know what he was talkin' 'bout on technical matters. Could be off but my best guess...

Flexington was the black guy in Alex23's wedding video. I thought he was making money in the schmoing game for awhile there, but he was a novice/casual competitor as it turned out. Probably has some financial interests in bodybuilding somehow tho. Seemed like an ok dude in his posts.

Disgusted was a competitor or ex competitor and 'nutritional' guru. Made some solid posts refuting gh15's dangerous bullshit as I recall. Guess he's in the supp game too, it seems. Don't remember seeing him on the S&H board but he'd wax on occasionally on the G&O, usually in response to bad info.

A lot of shit goes on behind the scenes I guess. Money matters, etc. 'Shalakazam!' and gone.

Ya, that's what most of us are here for. It makes an interesting contrast to the ones doing 'serious business.' Strange how the ones with a financial motivation wash out while the guys just having a good time hang around and make the place what it is.
