Clearly not the first account and won't be his last.  I imagine the sum total of his posts over the years would make 333386 look like a rank newb.  If the big thrill of play acting different characters on here hasn't worn off for him by now then it never will.  It'll be a succession of accounts unto the end of time, and always some overblown creation, never just himself.  He's a creative guy and can be damn witty but he is cat turd snackin' crazy out there.  Some of the gimmicks he conceives as cartoonish are straying into the angry/ cry-for-help realm over the last year or so.

Or maybe it really is just one guy's first account and he's the most boring son of a bitch who ever lived.
