Got my post card from Mits...it had the 05Womens Olympia available to order so did that...www.mocvideo.com. ..also got the Cathy Savage dvd not to long ago...this dvd is like the figure/fitness basics...it covers IFBB,FA,Ms.Fitness etc...in posing and routine also has great basic info on diet,workout...healthy skin and taning,etc...it's the first in a series...www.cathysavage fitness.com...just thought I'd share...
