Pseudoephadrine and caffine

Basically I am taking Sudafed as I have a blocked nose. It contains pseudoephadrine.

I like to take a caffine tab before training.

I will likely be taking the Sudafed tomorro also. Would it be dangerous to take both tomorrow?

Whats that.

Maybe I will take a sudafed when i get up and not take on till way after training to be on the safe side. i dont really wanna dies in teh gym of all places.

Imagine the smell of me going to teh hospital. with an embarassing oversized World Gym t shirt.

On the plus side I would have a huge pump and look at least 250lbs!

Check the PDR for drug interactions.

The short answer is that it's fine usually.

My sis is a pharmacist but dont wanna text her and ask she will think caffine is steroids  ::)

Not too bad atm. The Republic of Ireland has much more Muslims.

Most immigrants here in the North are E Europeans and Asians (good people). The Africans are mainly in South still.

It was a joke, hence the rolly eyes. Also pseudoephadrine is potentially dangerous as is caffine - esepc those with heart conditions.

She works in oncology in a hospital - like i said it was a joke stop being a dickweed

anything with psuedoephadrine can raise your blood pressure if you have High BP problems, adding caffiene to the mix can do extra.
