I stop paying for cable a long time ago you can get all your tv shows off torrents or just pay $8 monthly for netflix.

The super middleweight tourney they had a while back was pretty good. Plus they had some Fedor fights(albeit he got his ass kicked in them) Other than that it really didn't offer much.

I just had all the premium movie channels all last weekend. About 20 channels. And all I found worth DVR'ing was 2 regular movies and 3 oft porn ones. I agree, who would pay for 20 year old movies.

Yes, DirecTV had free premium channels last weekend. NOTHING worthwhile. ::) I was thinking "if this is the best you have to offer, why would I pay for it". At least with public television, when they run their pledge drives, they have better than usual programming.

X2 I turned my cable off for this reason all those channels and I only watched about 3 of them and just bought a cheap antenna I get all the major networks plus a few other stations plus you can see about anything you want on the internet.

Yep, I have DirecTV and it was some sad ass programming. I DVR'd The Three Stooges, The Sitter and American Reunion. And probably none of them will be worth watching. You would think when they do these promos they would beef up what they have on instead of a bunch of 80"s movies that never made it. Makes no sense at all.
