Ahmadinejad Says Iran Is Ready for Talks With U.S.

TEHRAN, Iran —  Iran's president said Tuesday the world was "entering an era of dialogue" and that his country would welcome talks with its longtime adversary, the United States, if they are based on mutual respect.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's announcement comes a day after President Barack Obama said his administration was looking for opportunities to engage Iran and pledged to rethink United States' relationship with Tehran......

"If you really want to fight terrorism, come and cooperate with the Iranian nation, which is the biggest victim of terrorism so that terrorism is eliminated. ... If you want to confront nuclear weapons ... you need to stand beside Iran so it can introduce a correct path to you," he said......

Hil and Rove didn't have nukes and cool 80's jackets. All Barry has to do is outlast this guy, Katami...a moderate is running again. If he doesn't cave to the mullahs like he did last time we'll be ok. Bush broke of relations (backdoor) after he lost the elections to Dave the angry dwarf.

Iran should love us.   By us moving in for the occupation, and killing alot of civilians, we further stirred up the religous sects, and gave another reason for gihads........now more people hate us than ever.     Good job, Bush/cheney  ;)

Exactly, now that Iran launched that satellite they are one step closer superpower statues.
This is nothing but a stall technique, think about...if there are talks Obama can't be hard on them since they will say he is lying and will stop the talking. This is a wonderful stalling technique.

Everyone's economy is hurting and nobody want to spend an extra dime if they can avoid it plus that both countries probably see lucrative business in each other.
