2003 Mr. O and GNC was his worst competitions in his career. Hopefully he will come back stronger if he makes a comeback.

MuscleMemory

1991 - Junior Nationals - NPC, 2nd HeavyWeight
1991- Nationals - NPC, 1st HeavyWeight, and Overall Winner

I thought he was taller? Stallone is 5'9" right? That makes Kevin what, 5'7", judging by that photo.

Yes levrone is short, but I think he's 5'9".  Stallone's got the 5 inch lifts kickin.

If you really want to know, PM Earl1972, He'll tell you what kevin had for dinner last night as he eats kevin's shit for breakfast everyday.

local NPC results from that time were hard to come by.  I started compiling results for MuscleMemory in 1997.  when I contacted various NPC local chairmen and promoters the most common answer I got was 'We don't keep results past 5 years'.  That and 'if you wanted to know the results, you should have bought a ticket'.

Stallone is 5'8..but wears 3 in. lifts making him 5'11....seen it myself and stood eye to eye with him.
