Never claimed 10% my guess is closer to 18% I haven't done a b/f test in a long time.

well would you agree theres a big differance when comparing a 6'5'' 265lbs guy at 10% BF..

to a 5'11'' 245lbs guy at 18%....

If you are indeed 18%(as most people usually underestimate there percentage)....then (If you are natural) you would be lucky to be 200lbs at 10% BF....HTH...

the UFC is a joke compared to K1.

i doubt many, if any, of the top UFC heavyweights would last 1 round in a ring with overreem in a fight under K1 rules.

the UFC is becoming embarrassing with the number of fanboys who would rather lay on the ground and hug than trade strikes.

I agree most UFC heavyweights would get dominated in K1...dos santos is prob the only one that could hang...well..maybe james toney haha...

but...most K1 guys would get dominated in MMA so it goes both ways....
