As far as Hi-Tech is concerned...of course they make the products, they manufacture for a lot of companies.  However, the formulations produced are exclusive to the BSL/Prime brand just like every other company.  Aaron and PJ hired the Guerrilla Chemist for this and he is coming up with some crazy legal shit right now.  When you have the right people, great things happen.  The next line of products coming down the line is going to take legal steroids to the next level
