There some good topical anti hair loss products. I've had really good results with a 5% minoxidil azelaic acid mix.

the libido thing is manageable

before roids i used 1.25mg finasteride perday no issues after some months (at first significant reduced libido)

i guess the adex could also contribute now

We probably need to check with Falcon on this. Last I saw him he still had hair could be from eating leaves off a cherry tree.

I've just heard you have to be vey careful with dosage. The threshold for diminished libido is LOW with s.p.

libido decrease subsides in most cases

it happened to me

after a few months i was back to porn addiction

but now with upping the dose and adding adex i feel again less libido and flimsy cock

but does not stop dht from minituarizing the follicle

so basically you will grow you hair faster and it may look fuller

but you are still losing hair as if not taking it

used it for 2 years religiously and can confirm this is exactly what it does.

It was a premade liquid solution which is pretty strong and not available in most countries otc. I ordered it from some place in the states but they do ship world wide. If anyone is interested hit me up with a pm.

the only topical that seems promising is topical spironolactone

supposedly blocks dht in the scalp and metabolizes so fast it cant cause systemic (side) effects

however some have done bloodwork while on it and had systemic effects

others say it's weak shit

basically

the only stuff that works is finasteride and dutasteride

minoxidil can "work" in combination with finasteride/dutasteride (even tho it is more of an illusion thing by stretching growth phases) but basically worthless as standalone

the exact mechanism of minoxidil is not fully understood by science

it is however a fact that minoxidil does nothing against DHT shrinking the follicle
