And "Royalty" 95 was not Nasser's best, he gained about 20 lbs of muscle after that year.

i had the vhs from that show. yates was better.


Yates won the rear lat spread, front lat spread, rear double bicep, side Tricep


Nasser won the ab/thigh, front double bicep pose


Yates had great routine. Nasser just kept hitting most muscular poses in his routine.

the ESPN coverage had him at 275lbs. He was 280ish in 1996 and 270 in 1997.

Bob you're missing another key factor conditioning

this is 1996 and there is a vast discrepancy in density & hardness as well as the backs
