german potato salad has the mustard.

I like a little of both.  :P Throw in a hardboiled egg and some chopped celery.

I would not add the mayo kind, unless you plan to gain some weight.

But the german kind is fine now and again, I just don't like the mustard flavor as much as the mayo of course in terms of taste.

You guys misunderstood Natural here.  He wants to know if it's okay to toss salads and peel hairy potatos if you're a bodybuilder.

good question-i was asked the same thing today from my coworkers
until recently ive always been afraid to try new foods...ive never had egg salad, chicken salad...ive never had oysters or mussells either...ive always just stuck to bland basic foods, ie steak, potatoes, etc

Traditional German potato salad is made with bacon, bacon grease, sugar and vinegar.
American potato salad is made with mayo.
Neither kind would be a good choice.

By the way, Dan Quail, it's POTATO SALAD, not "POTATOE SALAD."
