Here's my uninformed take on this matter. Dick size can be visually impressive until it goes in and stretches folks body parts out to the point they end up having skin and insides like a used up rubber, not to forget the pain that this would involve. There is nothing sensual in my opinion about a flabby vagina with lips hanging to the knees or a prolapsed ass hole, which is more affectionately referred to as a rose bud which is a total misnomer. Fantasy is erotic, reality is often a huge disappointment....unless you're drunk off your ass.
While we're talking about the size of a man's penis, let's also mention the fascination some have with giant tits. There is nothing less attractive than a pair of udders which hang past a woman's knees and that is exactly what can eventually happen to women with big boobs....unless they are fake, of course.
Having said the above, I actually get why sexual fantasies are erotic. We've become conditioned to believe folks with perfect bodies are particularly sensual, which of course is bogus. The most beautiful women or the most handsome men in the world can be completely cold when it comes to being sexual.
