Maybe some, but it really is just that they like having a giant package.

The guy with the tribal stuff is like the boss/head schmoe of the group. He helps these guys figure out where to go for the silicone work, and pays some of their bills, etc.... He pulled down the instagram for them after it seemed like the cops were going to get involved. I wish he hadn't, pictures were hilarious. Them deadlifting in those thongs, etc... all in commercial gyms.
