In CT's case; he's 50 years old, so his natural test and HGH levels are in the dumper. I think he is up at the State Pen in Ely, Nevada. They do have weights, so if he gets his nutrition in order and trains hard he can make some decent gains.

aren't death row inmates only allowed to stretch their legs 1 hour a day and thats with shackles and two shot gun pointed at his face

It is not that complicated: guards and prison officials do not want to have to deal with large, strong, heavily muscled prisoners when it is time for clamp downs and occasional discipline is necessary. In addition, lifting weights is a privilege not an entitlement so it can be taken away without much resistance or consequence.

Yup. And when they are released, no one wants to be called to answer as to why these unrehabilitated felons are now bigger, faster and stronger.

When did they remove the weights? I did a week long stretch (hardcore) in a Texas jail until I got my bail together and there was nothing to lift there. I thought I'd get gym time 'cos you see it in American movies all the time...I guess that's only in prison. Thank god I got away with it
