Then stick with it bro, no need to "re-feed" until you get to a point of diminished returns, if at all.

Ok i thought you had to break the calorie deficit cycle with one day of maintenance or surplus calories to save muscle mass.

btw i'm dieting dexter jackson style...no cardio ;D at least for now.

Have to eat clean either way...the only cheating i'm doing is putting a TINY amount of ketchup(the kind woitout added sugar) on my rice...can't eat brown rice clean, it's impossible :-X

Uh, huh and you have genetics like the Blade too then huh?

If that is the case, you should be eating 400g carbs!  ;)

Once your progress halts and it will, anytime you diet, progress will stall at some point. Then it is time to make adjustments.

In your case, drop carbs a bit and up protein and fats, then back up to the ratios you are doing now, zig zagging like that 3 days low, one-two days higher, etc

no i don't take drugs, i do this natural. For now it's going alright, but i plan on doing what's neccesary to get to the bf level i want if that means cardio i will start it.

But check this out...
Lets say you eat 2200 calories and do cardio = 500below maintenance
or you eat 2000 calories and DON'T do cardio = 500below maintenance

what is the difference? both are 500 below...

fixed.  ;D

haha i was thinking the same thing ;D
