Try taking bodyfat measurements for on every body type out there for about 20 -30 years. You won't even need a caliper or scale.


The guy in that picture is within 1% of 9 - 10 % ~ probably less because he has a full six pack, but his legs aren't showing

i dont know mate, its not sooooo small, tad over 80cm, i dont know whats that in inches, but its inch or 2 bigger than the claim for really small waist, maybe these ppl are lying, i seldomly seen any mulatto guy with smaller than that irl,so i dont know.

and a true waist measurement should be around the thickest and widest part of the waist, about 1 inch or 2 cm below the navel

man 6 clear pack under all this hair.. this means if i shaved they would look MUCH better.. i remember when i was competing i was shaving my body about one week before the contest to start sun tanning.. after shaving i was looking in the mirror to see a totally difference thing than before shaving..

my legs are at their best ever now,.. not big at all "as the rest of me" but have good details.. but again the hair will not make them look good in pics..

You are right , people always  think I'm  around 190lbs or more , when I used to box many trainers complained that I was heavier and made me weight in  again after the fight , in  my first show nobody believed me that  I was 154lbs ....


Here fight day at  125lbs  before I started working out .
