the vibe around here needs to relax and chill out-----we are all grown men----we dont need to act like kids, cranking and fucking with people's family :-\
Not singling out Alex, cuz he is always cool to me, but I agree with you. I used to post whatever came to mind down here or post pics of bitches, whatever. With the way things have been getting all personal lately, I haven't felt like posting at all.

Something that I think gets lost in all the drama on the G&O is that Squadfather is built like a tank and is strong as a bull.  Not many guys on getbig can squat 500 for 5 or bench close to 400.  He'll always have my respect for putting in his dues in the gym and for being a funny fucck ;D
